Shipping

• We ship to all EU countries. Shipping is free.
• Your order leaves our warehouse within after payment.
• Delivery takes in total. You receive a tracking link by email.
• Not received your order in time? Email and we’ll sort it out.

Returns ( days)

Changed your mind? You can return your order within days after delivery, without giving a reason. This includes your legal right of withdrawal of 14 days, which we extend voluntarily.

1. Email with your order email and the message that you want to return the product (or use the form below).
2. We reply with the return address.
3. Send the product back within 14 days after your message, well packed and complete (all modules and, for the Full stack, the case).

Return costs: you pay the cost of sending the product back, unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item. Then we cover the return costs.

Refund: we refund the full amount you paid, including any original delivery costs, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the product back or you have shown proof that you sent it, whichever comes first.

Condition: you may handle the product the way you would in a shop to check it. If its value drops because you used it more than that, we may deduct that loss in value. If you bought the Full stack, you can also return just the Plug or the Tower; we then refund the separate price of that part minus the €10 set discount.

Defective product?

You have a legal warranty of 2 years from delivery. Contact us at with a short description and a photo or video. We repair, replace or refund the product at no cost to you.
