We do not sell your data. We only use the TikTok Pixel for ad measurement if you consent (see Cookies).
3. Who receives your data
- Stripe (payment processing).
- Our logistics partner and carriers, who receive your name, shipping address and order details to ship your order. Our logistics partner may be located outside the European Economic Area; in that case we only transfer the data needed for delivery, with appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
- Our hosting provider (website hosting).
- TikTok, only with your consent (TikTok Pixel, see Cookies).
- Our email provider, to communicate with you.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep your data
We keep order data as long as needed for the order, returns and warranty, and invoices as long as Belgian tax and accounting law requires. Messages are deleted when no longer needed, at the latest 2 years after the last contact unless they relate to an ongoing order or warranty.
5. Cookies
This website remembers your language and cookie choice in your browser. Only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner do we load the TikTok Pixel. It measures how visitors who came through our TikTok ads use the site (for example viewing the product, starting checkout and completing a purchase), so we can see which ads work. TikTok receives technical data such as your IP address, browser information and these events, and may process them outside the European Economic Area. Legal basis: your consent. If you decline, the pixel is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. At checkout you are on Stripe’s website, which uses its own necessary cookies.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Email to use your rights. We reply within one month.
You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
7. Security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. The website runs over HTTPS.
8. Changes
